Escrip at Oliver’s helps support UUCSR!  Oliver’s shoppers please sign up!

Obtaining your card is easy! Just ask the cashier when you check out to give you a new Oliver’s Community Card. Then all you need to do is register your card, and there are two easy ways to get that done:

Request and complete the simple registration form during check-out at any Oliver’s store locations. By the time you have completed your transaction, you will be registered and 3% of your purchase will be donated to your group of choice. Use the card every time you shop and watch your contribution grow.

iGive

iGive can be used at thousands of stores online.  Most of them you may never use but if you are a Chewy customer, you can get 1.6% of your purchase donated to UUCSR.  Macy’s – 1.2%, Alamo car rental – 1.6%, booking.com – 1.6%, Best Western – 1.2% and many, many more.  Each retailer sets their own percentage of your transaction that they will set aside, on your behalf, for UUCSR.  Recently I had to buy a new phone and my carrier donated over 2%!

How to use it.  First, you’ll need to start your shopping by visiting iGive.com or by having the browser extension installed. Otherwise, retailers won’t know that you want to support your cause with iGive.

If you start shopping directly on a retailer, and have not completed your purchase, you can always leave the retailer’s site, visit iGive.com, and click back to the retailer’s site. In most cases your cart will still have your items in it, and you’ll then be shopping to support your cause.
